✨ NEW: Château available for rental from April 2026 ✨

Just a stone’s throw from Uzès, only 20 minutes from the motorway, 45 minutes from Avignon TGV and 20 minutes from Nîmes, this exceptional 600 m² property stands proudly at the heart of 19 hectares of meadows and truffle oaks.

Its history dates back to the 12th century, of which the majestic Templar tower remains the only vestige. Recently renovated, the estate is organized around a beautiful interior courtyard enhanced by a contemporary glass roof, bringing light and elegance.

The vast reception rooms, flooded with natural light, open onto the surrounding countryside and the stream that runs along the property. A pool house carved directly into the rock and a splendid swimming pool complete this exceptional lifestyle. An outdoor elevator, quite rare for a residence of this kind, discreetly offers modern comfort.

Over the centuries, this château has welcomed many guests, and today it continues this vocation with 12 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, designed for unforgettable stays with family and friends.

🌿 A choice of the heart
This château is now opening its doors for rental thanks to a heartfelt decision by its owner. Her choice to settle here was no coincidence but rather an obvious return to her roots: her family ties have long connected her to Uzès. Descending from the House of Marquis de Calvière/Bernis, one of France’s oldest noble families, her ancestors once lived in Uzès and were linked to the prestigious Duchy of Uzès, known as the first duchy of France.
With this heritage, she undertook the renaissance of the château with deep emotion — a return to her origins — with the wish to bring it back to life and share it with others.
